Apple Slaw with Gorgonzola

About 12C- Green and Red Cabbage or Bag of shredded slaw mix.
6C- Apples, julienned
½ C-scallions, julienned
½ C- Shallots, julienned
½ C- Parsley, chiffonade
2C- Gorgonzola, I go with Danish Blue
1 ¼ C-Marzetti Creamy Slaw Dressing (because its more cost effective)
Fresh Black Pepper
Kosher Salt
- Tools
Sharp Knife or mandolin
Cutting board
Mixing bowl x2
Measuring cup
Method
- Combine Gorgonzola and slaw dressing.
- In a mixing bowl fold and toss all ingredients together adding dressing as you see fit, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Great addition to a turkey sandwich or buffalo anything. Also pairs well with salmon.
