Pumpkin Pancakes

2C- AP flour
3tbs- brown sugar
1 ½ tsp- baking powder
1 ½ tsp- baking soda
2 ½ C- buttermilk
2- large eggs
3 tbs- melted, unsalted butter
1C- pumpkin ricotta puree

Method
- Sift all dry ingredients together.
- Whisk in eggs buttermilk and puree until batter is formed then slowly whisk in the melted butter.
- For best results start in a pan one flip, finish in 350-degree oven.
