Christmas Kale Salad

8 C- chopped kale
2 C- mandarin oranges
½ C- walnuts or pecans chopped
½ C- julienned red onion
½ C- blue cheese crumbles
½ C- Sweety Drop Peppers
1 C- Citrus Vinaigrette (recipe included)
½ C- Fresh Citrus juice- 1 orange, 1lime, 1 lemon

Cutting board

Method
- In a stainless-steel mixing bowl massage, the chopped kale with the citrus juice and a pinch of salt.
- Allow kale to marinade for 10- 15 minutes.
- After marinading and massaging, drain the extra citrus from the bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Toss and mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
