Red Curry Cauliflower

1-2 heads cauliflower
¼ -½ C- red curry paste
½ C- EVOO or avocado oil
S+P
- Tools
Gloves
Sharp knife
Cutting board
Baking sheet

Method
- Whisk together the curry paste and oil, break cauliflower into bite size florets.
- Wearing gloves, mix and coat the cauliflower completely in the oil curry paste mixture.
- Preheat oven to 400, spread cauliflower out across sheet tray (parchment recommended) and bake for 14-20 minutes depending on your oven and how crispy you would like them.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve. Pairs well with avocado, works as a taco, or a side dish. Very versatile. Enjoy!
