Ingredients
10 ea- avocados (ripe)
2T- minced garlic
1ea- red onion, fine dice
2ea- jalapeno or habanero if you like heat.
¾ c- fresh lime juice
1 bunch- fresh cilantro
3T kosher salt
1T black pepper

Knife
Cutting board
Mixing bowl
Juicer, or just use your hands
Method
- Peel and pit avocado and add to mixing bowl. Add lime cilantro and mash with hands using gloves or a tool.
- Once the consistency is to your liking smooth or chunky, fold in the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- After time has past give it another mix, check for salt and enjoy.
