Ingredients
8C- boc choy
2T-minced garlic
2T-fresh chopped ginger
1T- red chili flakes
3T -sweet soy sauce (sweet chili and soy sauce, 1-1 ratio)
2tsp kosher salt

Method
- Coat the pan in oil, about an eighth of an inch and heat until hot and loose. Add the ginger, garlic, and chili flakes and cook gently until the garlic is toasted, it will resemble granola.
- Once spices and such are toasted add boc choy to the hot pan, one flip and reduce heat.
- Add sweet soy and reduce volume of the boc choy by 1/4.
