Ingredients
4 oz- Fresh dill. (chopped)
4 oz- fresh parsley
2 oz – fresh chive
3 Tbs- chopped capers
3 Tbs- minced shallot
3 Tbs- malt vinegar
3 Tbs-fresh squeezed lemon juice.
2 Tbs- Worcestershire
2 C - Mayo
2 Tbs- redfish magic
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method
- Combine the wet ingredients with mayo and fold together to incorporate.
- Add the rest of your in ingredients and let chill for at least a half hour.
- Stir again vigorously and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
