Here’s a great appetizer for the season.
Ingredients
1 ½ Lb.- cream cheese (softened)
½ C- heavy cream
½ Lb.- unsalted butter (softened)
½ Lb.- goat cheese (softened)
½ C- grated parmesan
4 oz- fresh dill
4oz- fresh parsley
4oz- fresh chive
3 Tbs- dry marjoram
2 Tbs.- Old Bay
1 ½ Lb.- smoked salmon. Whitefish is also ok
Kosher salt and Fresh Cracked pepper

Method
- Combine all the softened dairy in the mixer on low.
- Use a rubber spatula to scrape and the torch to heat the sides of the bowl if needed.
- Once all the cheese and everything are combined add the cream smooth out, then the herbs, then the old bay, salt and pepper.
- Serve with toast points, crackers bagels or just eat some, it’s delicious!
