Apple Pecan Chutney

3 apples- 1 tart, I like to mix and match. (small dice)
½ Lbs.- unsalted butter
3 Tbs- dark brown sugar
½ C- chopped pecans
2 tsp.- kosher salt
2 tsp- molasses

Method
- In a large skillet, heat butter and sugar until they become liquified and add the pecan pieces.
- Gently toast the pecan pieces until almost candied then add in the apples, salt, and molasses.
- Allow to simmer and meld.
