Better than tartar sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz- Fresh dill. (chopped) 

  • 4 oz- fresh parsley 

  • 2 oz – fresh chive 

  • 3 Tbs- chopped capers  

  • 3 Tbs- minced shallot 

  • 3 Tbs- malt vinegar 

  • 3 Tbs-fresh squeezed lemon juice. 

  • 2 Tbs- Worcestershire  

  • 2 C - Mayo 

  • 2 Tbs- redfish magic 

  • Salt and pepper to taste. 

  • Tools
  • Mixing bowl

  • Cutting board

  • Measuring utensils

  • Micro plane/ zester

  • Large spoon or spatula 

Method

  • Combine the wet ingredients with mayo and fold together to incorporate.
  • Add the rest of your in ingredients and let chill for at least a half hour.
  • Stir again vigorously and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
