Classic, New England Cod

1 ½ lbs.- fresh cod filet or loin
½ lb. -melted butter
2 C- Crushed ritz crackers or your favorite breading
3 Tbs- water
- Tools
Knife
Cutting Board
Baking sheet

Method
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Divide filets or loins into equal portions, lightly coat the fish in butter and dredge in breading.
- Lay fish on a sheet or baking pan and add water and remaining butter to the pan and bake 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
