Fresh Cranberry Sauce

1lb- fresh cranberry
1C- fresh orange juice
3T- orange zest
1C- sugar
- Tools
Sauce pot
Zester/ microplane
Spoon
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot.
- Bring to a boil and reduce heat, stirring only to incorporate ingredients, not to push air into the sauce.
- Once sugar has dissolved and sauce is sticky remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Serve cold.
