A perfect desert to finish out a meal in the heat of July, this is a quick and fairly easy sorbet recipe that will become a fan favorite at any party. You can also add a little booze to it if that's your thing!
Ingredients
1 ripe honeydew melon, cubed and frozen
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup water
Juice of 2 limes
1 tsp lime zest
8–10 mint leaves
Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Combine frozen honeydew cubes, sugar, water, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- churn in an ice cream maker, or put in freezer and stir every 30 minutes until firm.
- Garnish with fresh mint and lime zest.
