Honeydew Melon & Lime Sorbet

A perfect desert to finish out a meal in the heat of July, this is a quick and fairly easy sorbet recipe that will become a fan favorite at any party. You can also add a little booze to it if that's your thing!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe honeydew melon, cubed and frozen

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ¼ cup water

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 1 tsp lime zest

  • 8–10 mint leaves

  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Combine frozen honeydew cubes, sugar, water, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • churn in an ice cream maker, or put in freezer and stir every 30 minutes until firm.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and lime zest.
