Guts of 1 Pumpkin
1 Onion, Roughly Chopped
Method
- Combine guts and onion in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a steady boil.
- Cook till the water is richly colored and flavorful.
- Strain out the vegetable matter, and store the broth in the freezer/fridge for later use.
