Ingredients

  • Guts of 1 Pumpkin

  • 1 Onion, Roughly Chopped

Method

  • Combine guts and onion in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a steady boil.
  • Cook till the water is richly colored and flavorful.
  • Strain out the vegetable matter, and store the broth in the freezer/fridge for later use.
