Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Blender or food processor. 
Measuring Cup 
Measuring Spoons 
Cutting Board 


  • 1C- chopped fresh strawberries

  • 2ea- Garlic Cloves 

  • 1C- Olive Oil 

  • 1TBS- Dijon Mustard 

  • 2TBS- Brown Sugar 

  • 1tsp- Kosher Salt 


  • Starting with the strawberries, add all ingredients except the oil. Slowly add oil to emulsify once the mixture smooths out in the blender or food processor. The dressing is complete once the oil is mixed thoroughly with the other ingredients. Store in a squeeze bottle or Tupperware.  
  • Arugula, or spring mix with sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, honey-roasted peanuts, and red onion, all tossed with strawberry balsamic vinaigrette. 
    4-5C- Arugula 
    1C -Sliced strawberries 
    ½ C- Crushed honey-roasted peanuts 
    ¼ C- Thinly sliced red onion 
    ¼ C- Crumbled feta cheese 
    ½ tsp- Salt, ½ tsp Pepper
